RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes of Interstate 195 north near the Bryan Park interchange are closed, according to VDOT.
“On I-195 at mile marker 2.7 in the City of Richmond, motorists can expect potential delays due to a vehicle accident. The north left shoulder, left lane, center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed,” VDOT posted on its 511Virginia website.
