MINNEAPOLIS (CNN) – It’s cold outside and getting colder in Richmond, but we have nothing on the people in Minnesota.
Apparently it is cold enough there to turn hot water into ice — in an instant.
When a CNN reporter tossed a cup of hot water into the air, it came back like snow.
