CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) -- A Chesterfield mother was arrested for allegedly kidnapping her own child.
Jessica Blackmon lost custody of her one-year-old last month. She then stole the child from the legal guardian.
Police say the child was found unharmed in North Carolina with Blackmon and has since been returned to the legal guardian.
Blackmon has been charged with parental abduction.
