RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)- State police responded to an accident on I-95 at mile marker 78 Sunday morning.
According to VDOT motorists experienced major delays due to a vehicle accident.
The south center lane, right lane, and right shoulder were closed, and traffic backed approximately 1.0 mile.
According to State police there were minor injuries related to the crash.
All lanes have reopened.
