Man charged with committing crimes at CVS, Martin’s

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A man is charged with two recent pharmacy crimes. Clayton Earl Boles, 34, was arrested for a Nov. 10 grand larceny from an Ashland Martin’s pharmacy and the Nov. 24 robbery of an Ashland CVS pharmacy.

“Acting on several tips from the community, Boles was apprehended by Ashland officers at his residence,” Ashland Police Lt. James Shelhorse wrote in an email. “He has been charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and grand larceny.”

Boles is being held at Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond.
