21st annual Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival

RICHMOND, VA (WTVR): Richmond was listed as the 3rd most tattooed city in the country based on shops per capita and because of that Artists from all over the country are in town for the 21st annual Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival. The Festival is the longest continuous running Tattoo Arts Festival in the country Tattoo and kicks off Friday, November 22 through Sunday, November 24, at the Greater Richmond Convention.

Top national artists including pioneer and legendary tattoo artist Shanhai Kate Hellenbrand, will be tattooing all weekend and will have Sailor Jerry original stencils and other items for sale. There will be tattoo contests, entertainment and a children’s area, children will be given awards for their art work. Festival hours are Friday, November 22, 3 pm – 11 pm, Saturday, November 23, 12 pm, – 10 pm and Sunday, November 24, 12 pm – 8 pm. For tickets and more information visit www.rvatattoo.com.
