RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The School of the Performing Arts in Richmond also known as SPARC presents a musical comedy as its latest offering 'The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.' Young actors Emily Duncan, Alex Farnsworth, Emilee Papa and Andrea Taylor shared a scene with us.
