RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Fire crews were called to a Richmond duplex in Church Hill Wednesday afternoon.
The porch roof of the North 29th Street home came crashing down around 4 a.m.
However, fire crews did not get called to the structure until the afternoon.
Firefighters used listening devices to make sure no one was trapped underneath the structure.
