NELSON COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — A Virginia woman is facing murder and arson charges for a deadly fire four years ago.
Prosecutors said Linda Blackwell intentionally set a fire at a home in Lovingston in 2009 that killed James Shelton.
A grand jury also indicted Blackwell on charges connected to two other fires at home in February and May of last year.
Blackwell is being held without bond at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
