RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Victims of the Washington Navy yard shooting were honored during an interfaith vigil organized by the founder of Citizens Against Crime.
The candlelight vigil took place around 5 p.m. at Jefferson Park in Church Hill.
Monday marks two weeks since 34-year-old subcontractor Aaron Alexis opened fire at the DC Navy yard killing 12 people and wounding 8.
Last week the FBI said Alexis was under the “delusional belief that he was being controlled or influenced by electro-magnetic waves.”
