LOUISA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Just a week after the two year anniversary of the Louisa earthquake that was felt across the East Coast, a 2.3 magnitude aftershock was felt early this morning.
According to the United States Geological Survey, the aftershock was felt just before 12:30 a.m., and no damage has been reported.
On August 23, 2011 a 5.8 magnitude earthquake shook the East Coast and even damaged the Washington Monument.
