RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)–A child was injured when the child ran into a vehicle in South Richmond.
The child ran around the back of the ice cream truck and hit the vehicle and went over the hood, said the Richmond Police Watch Commander.
The child suffered minor cuts and scrapes. The driver has not been charged, police said.
