RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- An 11-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a Richmond robbery.
Police said he and two other boys took a cell phone from a man in Jackson Ward around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The victim told police he was in the first block of Marshall Street when the three suspects pushed him against a wall and demanded his cell phone.
Police are still looking for the other two boys.
