PHILADELPHIA (WTVR) – Philadelphia Police were called to a house on Saturday to break up a fight. What they found inside was shocking.
Officials discovered a 36-year-old woman was tied to a soiled bed by her arms and legs. She was only wearing a diaper and had limited vocabulary.
The homeowner, 46-year-old Regina Bennett, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and assault. Family members say she was the woman’s cousin and caregiver.
