SHORT PUMP, Va. (WTVR) - The Home Depot and Target in Short Pump reopened before 1:30 p.m. Thursday after police investigated a suspicious package outside the stores.
Henrico Police Lt Linda Toney said the suspicious object was reported about 10:23 a.m.
Henrico’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal blew up the object as part of the investigation.
