RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Being out on the water is a great summertime activity but if you operate a personal water craft or boat it's crucial to know the boating laws to keep you and those around you safe on the water. Each year, there are hundreds of accidents and deaths related to the use of these watercraft that can be prevented.
