Dormant Dorian may restrengthen later this week

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The remnants of Tropical Storm Dorian continue to track west toward the southeastern Bahamas this morning. The system remains disorganized right now, and conditions are not favorable over the next day or so for re-organizing, but forecast model data indicate re-strengthening is possible later this week. Look at the intensity forecasts:

They are all in agreement that what was Tropical Storm Dorian will become a tropical storm again within the next few days. This system is tracking west at about 15 mph now, which would put it en route to south Florida. The forecast model tracks also show this:
