8 oz - orange juice (pulp free)
8 oz - pineapple juice
zest and juice of 1 orange
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
pinch of Cayenne pepper
1/4 tbsp honey
1/4 tbsp salt
"slurry to thicken" - start with 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water as a thickening agent
*Combine all ingredients into a large pot, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Bring back to a boil, add slurry and stir
