19-year-old in critical condition after shooting

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond Police tell us a man is in critical condition at VCU after being shot in the torso multiple times. Officers were called to 1717 Rex Avenue around 12:41 Sunday morning. We are told the 19-year-old was shot following an argument in the area.
Witnesses drove the victim to Memorial Regional and he was later transferred. Police have released this description of a possible suspect: a black male between the ages of 30 to 35, about 5’10 with a full beard, wearing dark clothing and seen leaving the area on a bike.
