MARIETTA, Ga. (WTVR) -- About 100 people crowded into a gymnasium in Marietta, Georgia on Friday to cheer on the setting of a new Guinness World Record.
A three-year-old French sheepdog named Norman, whose owner says he loves riding his scooter, set out to break a record.
The dog had to scoot about 100 feet unassisted in 30 seconds to become the fastest scooter-riding dog in the world. Norman managed to cover the stretch in just under 21 seconds.
Norman's owner said he also rides a bike, loads his dirty dishes in the dishwasher and opens the refrigerator when he wants a snack.
