A five-month old Virginia boy shot in the head is now at home.
Our sister station in Hampton roads, WTKR, reports the baby was released from the hospital around 4:30 p.m. Monday.l
The five-month-old and his one-year-old brother were shotwhile outside with their grandparents.
Their grandfather says the one-year-old was shot in the groin and has already been released from the hospital.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. last week outside of a home on Childs Avenue in Hampton.
Jeffery Battle said he was sitting outside with his wife and grandkids when they heard shots fired. The shooters also hit the home next door and a car sitting in the driveway.
Police are still looking for suspects in this case.
