RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond Public Schools will talk about school uniforms this week.
The chairman of the school board calls the discussion a beginning conversation about whether students should be made to wear clothes approved by the school.
Some parents said they think the move could change student’s behavior in a good way. However, other parents said they are concerned about the cost of buying more clothes.
