RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - A shooting occurred out of Richmond's northside early Saturday morning.
Police are investigating a shooting just outside of Glenn's Friends Restaurant in the 1500 block of Chamberlayne Avenue around 2 a.m.
Officials report that a fight broke out in the restaurant and then management asked those involved to go outside.
A male was shot in the abdomen shortly after that. He's currently being treated at VCU Medical Center.
Police do not have a suspect at this time.
