HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police identified the man killed walking along Williamsburg Road as Tiekui Zhang, 49, of Miller’s Lane. Police still hope to hear from people who witnessed Thursday night’s accident.
Zhang was killed and another man was injured when they were hit by a 2002 Ford Windstar Van. Police said the driver who hit the men stopped at the scene between Eastover Ave. and Miller’s Lane. Charges in this case are pending the police investigation.
