PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Prince George County Police and Riverside Regional Jail are investigating after an inmate was discovered dead in his jail cell Sunday.
Victor Starr, 35, died of an apparent suicide, jail officials said.
Starr was jailed May 15.
He faced grand larceny, arson, breaking and entering, drug and firearms charges.
