RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Two people were shot in Richmond’s Gilpin Court early Saturday morning.
The shooting happened in the 1100 block of St. John Street just before 5:30 a.m.
Police say the victims drove to a nearby Rite Aid at the intersection of Broad and Belvidere Streets. According to the report, one man declined being treated, and the other man was taken to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
One of the victims was trying to change a flat tire on scene.
Officials have not arrested anyone in connection to this shooting.
