As the South cleans up, Sandy victims worry about Andrea

(CBS) – Tropical Storm Andrea is dumping a lot of wind-driven rain as it moves up the Atlantic Coast. The stormy weather is the last thing residents want to see in communities that are still recovering from last fall’s Superstorm Sandy. Alison Harmelin reports from Long Beach, New York.
