(CBS) - Local media reports that all Route 50 westbound traffic on the Bay Bridge has come to a halt due to a construction worker falling from the Bay Bridge Tuesday and onto a platform. Rescue crews are working to bring the man to safety.
WUSA9 reports the worker fell after he was hit on the head by a paint bucket. The Washington, D.C. station reported the worker appears to have non-life threatening injuries.
