RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)—Expect traffic delays on Interstate 95 Southbound due to multiple vehicle accidents.
VDOT reports that the south right shoulder is closed at mile marker 75.
Then at I-95 southbound at mile marker 74, at the Franklin St. exit, the south right center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed.
Traffic backups are approximately five miles.
