NORFOLK, Va. (WTVR) -- The latest round of budget cuts have been announced for the U.S. Navy and officials say this time cuts will affect how prepared pilots are for combat.
Flight hours will be cut in half for some Navy Air Wings based out of Norfolk.
The announcement has one admiral saying that keeping pilots on the ground will keep them from being as skilled as they have been in the past.
