VCU police chief gets wet to raise money

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The police chief at Virginia Commonwealth University got wet Wednesday.

Chief John Venuti was one of 28 members of the university's police department that took part in a benefit on campus to raise money.

People who made a small donation got the chance to dunk the officers.

Proceeds from the event benefited the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
