(WTVR) - The warm weather helped the Cherry Blossoms to bloom, but is it helping our health? We wanted to know, can the drastic swing in temperatures affect your health?
According to Dr. Michelle Headley with the Woodman Road Medical Center, for the most part, the swing in temperatures is likely to get more people outside and away from the confines of each other.
That can reduce your chances of catching an upper respiratory illness that's common this time of year. However the warm weather can also contribute to allergies as more people go outside and are exposed to growing levels of pollen.
