RICHMOND, Va. (RichmondBizSense.com) – For Richmond’s newest food truck, it’s all meatballs, all the time.
Howard Sanderson and Frank Terry are about three weeks away from rolling out the Meatball Company. The food truck will serve at least five kinds of meatballs on subs and sliders and over polenta.
“Everyone knows about your standard Italian meatball, but most nationalities have one,” Terry said. “We wanted to do something that was a vehicle to take on different flavors.”
