CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR)--A ten-year old boy burned last Thursday in the woods near his home will be spending one more night in VCU Medical Center's burn unit.
The fourth grader has a severe burn on his back, after allegedly being burned by another child. Many who live in the quiet Chesterfield County neighborhood are just finding out about what happened.
Others learned when police and an ambulance arrived at the boy's home late afternoon Thursday.
Both the Fire Marshal's Office and Police are investigating the incident but no charges have been filed at this time.
