RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Hopewell City Public Schools is holding their annual ‘Fine Arts Festival and Family Resource Gala’ this Saturday, March 23rd from 8:30 am to 12:30pm at the Hopewell High School. Communications Specialist Brian Capaldo shares a preview and one of the featured groups, the Hopewell High School Jazz Band, ‘Above The Staff’ performed the Bill Wither’s classic song, ‘Ain’t No Sunshine.’
