HIGHLAND SPRINGS, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico investigators are working to figure out what started a fire in the crawl space off a home at West Beal and South Holly Avenues in Highland Springs. It took crews about 20 minutes to bring the fire under control.
A tractor trailer hit power lines near the home that caught fire. Investigators are working to determine if the crash and fire are connected.
