HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — A Henrico man is facing child neglect charges for leaving a four-year old boy at home alone.
Police say Daniel Atkinson, who’s friends with the boy’s mother, was supposed to be babysitting.
The incident happened Valentine’s Day, but police filed charges Tuesday.
Atkinson was also charged with possession after police found marijuana at his Henrico home.
