CHICAGO – A Chicago woman was shot and killed the same day her sister sat behind President Obama during a gun violence speech. Janay McFarlane, 18, was shot on the way to a store Friday, according to a report on WGN.com. McFarlane was not the shooter’s intended target, according to the report.
