RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- The Salvation Army Boys and Girls club in Church Hill announced their Youth of the Year Friday night.
The Lucky winner is Mei'Asia Palmer. She will now move on to a statewide competition in April.
Mei'Asia was one of three finalists selected, after participating in a six month leadership academy.
