(WTVR) - Robbers in Northern Virginia take a different approach in demanding money.

Fairfax County police said two men cut this hole, then slid through the roof, landed inside and demanded money.
An employee heard a crashing sound turned and then saw a man pointing a gun at her.
The man grabbed her, and then a second man demanded money from the safe.
After they got the money, the men ran.
No one was injured.
Police are still searching for the suspects.
