The passengers said when they pulled into the driveway, they saw 69-year-old Phillip Sailors look out a window of the home. Later they said Sailors came out of the house with a gun.
“The guy came out. He went in again and he came out with a gun in his hand and he shot into the air,” 15-year-old passenger Yeson Jimenez said.
When the passengers tried to drive off, they said Sailors pointed the gun at the car and shot the driver -- 22-year-old Rodrigo Diaz.
