(WTVR) — North Korea reportedly plans to create warheads that would target the United States.
The country has dramatically stepped up its threats, calling the United States its “sworn enemy”.
North Korea has been carrying out more rocket launches and nuclear tests, even after the U.N. Security Council agreed to expand sanctions against the country following a rocket launch in December.
