RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A Richmond man has filed a lawsuit against a Fan restaurant he accused of playing music too loudly.
Ned Oliver wrote about the lawsuit in this week’s Style Weekly.
According to Oliver’s report, William Graeter lives nears Sticky Rice – a sushi restaurant on Main Street. Graeter told Style Weekly the restaurant plays music so loudly he cannot sleep.
“If you deprive somebody of sleep, that’s emotionally traumatic,” Graeter told Style. “The U.S. government uses loud music and noises as torture.”
Graeter told Style he’s spoken to restaurant managers several times, however the problem persists. Style reported a Sticky Rice employee said “no comment” when contacted about this story.
