VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WTKR) - Lance Armstrong confessed to Oprah during an interview on Thursday that he lied about using sport enhancing drugs throughout his cycling career that spanned over a decade.
Since then, he has lost $75 million in endorsements, but two Virginia Beach non-profits say his downfall has nothing to do with his Livestrong Foundation.
