RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Snow plows had cleared Belvidere, Broad and Boulevard by the time Meteorologist Carrie Rose explored the roads between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Friday morning. Pavement was wet, but temperatures then were still at 34 degrees in Richmond. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, leading to some icy spots and black ice on the roads (especially bridges and overpasses).
This snow plow was clearing the lot at Virginia Commonwealth University at 2:40 a.m. on the corner of Broad and Belvidere.
