RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Paulo Franco was named a Finalist in the Southeast Region in the ‘Mountain Stage New Song Writing Contest’ this past year. He will perform tonight at 8pm with his band, ‘The Rateros’ at Ashland Coffee and Tea. They performed two original songs just for us.
