On Thursday, the first day of the 113th Congress, Rep. Michele Bachmann quickly took the opportunity to announce she had filed the first bill of the new legislative session, a repeal of Obamacare.
Bachmann confirmed the news on Twitter.
At noon today, I introduced the first bill of the 113th Congress to repeal Obamacare in its entirety.

“At noon today, I introduced the first bill of the 113th Congress to repeal Obamacare in its entirety,” Bachmann tweeted.
If the effort sounds familiar, it’s because it is. House Republicans have attempted but failed at least 30 times to repeal the Affordable Care Act, often referred to as Obamacare.
