CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (RichmondBizSense) – Two first-time restaurateurs are offering Chester residents a new place to quench their thirst.
Karen Verdisco and husband Matt this spring will launch Brew, a pub that emphasizes local beer and wine. They leased a 1,400-square-foot space in the Chesterfield Meadows shopping center, at the intersection of Centralia and Iron Bridge roads, and started the build out last week.
“We’ve been tossing this idea around for years, and this felt like the right time to move forward with it,” Karen Verdisco said. “Now that there are so many new craft breweries.”
