RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A former Virginia State employee has been arrested in charged for allegedly faking her hours on her time sheet.
Charlene Moore, 54, faces six felony charges after a year long investigation by the Virginia State Police.
According to investigators, as a meat inspector with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Moore falsified time sheets, claiming she worked with time that she actually did not.
Police claim those extra hours resulted in Moore getting an additional $20,000 from the State.
