FAIRFAX, Va. (WTVR) - A contractor is suing a Virginia woman for criticizing his work on two websites. Jane Perez wrote the claims on Yelp and Angie's List.
She said the contractor botched her home repairs, did not complete the job, damaged part of her home and suggested he may have stolen her jewelry.
The contractor, Christopher Dietz said those are lies and the lies have cost him money.
A Fairfax Court ordered Perez to take down any allegation about theft or legal action.
Dietz is now suing Perez for $700,000 for defamation.
